Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new business opportunities, pitch SMB’s professional services, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate professionally in English.

This role is focused on identifying client needs, providing solutions, and driving business growth through strategic outreach, especially via LinkedIn and other professional channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities in target markets.
  • Generate leads and initiate B2B business development primarily through LinkedIn and professional networks.
  • Pitch SMB’s services to potential clients: business setup, accounting, digital marketing, and website development.
  • Draft professional emails and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to design effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend online/offline events to explore business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales in professional services.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong professional email writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in LinkedIn-based business generation.
  • Ability to research topics, identify solutions, and pitch services effectively.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
