Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include market research, analyzing customer needs, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires monitoring market trends and competitor activities and providing insights to develop effective growth strategies.

Qualifications

· 1 year experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategy.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience in the packaging industry or manufacturing sector is preferred.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
