Business Development Manager

What we’re looking for:

● Proven track record in BD with team-handling experience

● Excellent communication and presentation abilities

● Typing speed of 30+ WPM

● Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a BD team (Team Handling Experience)

● Strong understanding of BD strategies, pipeline management, and client acquisition

● Capable of planning targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring conversions

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage the BD team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

● Guide team members on pitches, responses, and client interactions

● Handle escalations, complex leads, and high-value clients

● Review team performance and implement process improvements

● Collaborate with management to set strategies and growth goals

● Maintain accurate reports, forecasts, and productivity trackers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
