Business Development Manager

About Us

AL Sparta Human Resource is a growing recruitment and manpower supply company providing skilled and unskilled workers from Nepal and other Asian countries. We are expanding our footprint in the UAE and seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients across UAE for manpower supply (cleaners, helpers, domestic workers, security guards, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with HR departments, facility management companies, contracting companies, and domestic worker agencies.
• Visit clients, attend meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide weekly reports to management on client acquisition progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in manpower or recruitment).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to bring clients and generate revenue.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must be hardworking, target-oriented, and confident.

Benefits:

• Salary up to AED 4,000
• High commission based on performance
• Visa + other benefits as per UAE labor law
