A2B Transport Agency is seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence in the transport and logistics sector.
The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a solid understanding of transportation services, corporate sales, or B2B development.

This role requires independence, strategic thinking, and the passion to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue
• Generate leads through networking, field visits, calls, and online platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic plans
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Represent the company professionally during meetings and client presentations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Client Acquisition (transport or logistics experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and under minimum supervision
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional, confident, and client-focused attitude
