Job Description

Ahlan Dubai, a fast-growing influencer marketing and digital media agency in Dubai, is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, media sales, and brand partnerships. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing high-value influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and acquire clients for influencer marketing and digital media campaigns
• Drive B2B sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build and manage strong relationships with brands, marketing managers, agencies, and partners
• Prepare and present sales proposals, media plans, quotations, and pitch decks
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
• Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities in the UAE influencer marketing space
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-ups
• Work closely with marketing and account management teams to align sales strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or Communication
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media sales, or advertising agencies is preferred
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
