Job Description – Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing / IT Projects)

We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for Digital marketing services, web & app development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify new business opportunities and promote the company’s digital marketing and IT project services to potential clients.

Generate leads through calls, emails, social media outreach, networking, and online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

Actively bid on Upwork/Freelancer projects, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients.

Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, present tailored digital/IT solutions, and support in closing deals.

Coordinate with internal teams—digital marketing, IT development, and project management—to prepare quotations, proposals, and project plans.

Support digital campaigns and lead-generation activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and new opportunities.

Maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

Represent the company in client presentations, online meetings, industry webinars, and partnership discussions.

Support operational tasks related to digital project coordination, documentation, and client communication.
