Qualification: MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc - (Marketing, Environmental, Civil, Chemistry)
Experience: 3–7 years (Relevant experience preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong exposure to environmental services and laboratory-related business. The role focuses on generating business for environmental consultancy, statutory compliance services, and laboratory testing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in environmental services and laboratory testing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industries, consultants, and government-related stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical, laboratory, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to convert leads into confirmed orders (business-focused, not only technical knowledge).
• Good networking and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
