As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven UAE experience in the fit-out and renovations sector.

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong industry knowledge, established UAE market connections, and a consistent record of achieving sales targets in the fit-out industry. The role involves close collaboration with the design, technical, and project teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new projects within the fit-out and renovation sector.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert qualified leads through proactive sales outreach and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, real estate firms, and direct clients.
  • Prepare and present competitive proposals, BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments across the UAE.
  • Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Sales Expertise: Strong background in selling carpentry and joinery solutions (kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, soft furnishings, etc.).
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in fit-out and renovation sales.
  • Client Network: Existing relationships in the UAE market—especially with consultants and real estate firms—are highly advantageous.
  • Performance Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE fit-out and renovation landscape.
  • Business Development: Expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to prepare and present project quotations and BOQs accurately.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaborative mindset to work with project managers, designers, and site teams.
  • Qualifications: UAE Driving License is mandatory; civil engineering background is an added advantage.
