Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, lead sales initiatives, and support company restructuring and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IB sales, strategic business development, and industry experience within the waterpark, leisure, or entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth and restructuring
- Lead IB sales initiatives and manage key institutional and corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
- Collaborate with senior management on company restructuring and expansion strategies
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and ensure revenue targets are met
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of eight (5) years of relevant experience in Business Development and Sales
- Proven experience in IB (Institutional Business) sales
- Hands-on experience in company restructuring, business expansion, or organizational development
- Willingness to be assigned in Ajman, UAE
- Prior experience in the waterpark, leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
