Business Development Manager

Latitude Prime is a fast-growing language services provider (LSP) headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, with offices nationwide. We’re ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 certified and deliver translation, interpreting, localization, and accessibility services in 300+ languages and dialects through a global network of 10,000+ vetted linguists.

We recently won a major GPO contract that opens significant growth across government, education, healthcare, and other compliance-driven organizations. To accelerate that momentum, we’re hiring a seasoned, part-time Business Development Manager (approx. 20–25 hrs/week) who knows how language services are bought and sold—and can build a focused pipeline, activate contract-driven opportunities, and grow long-term client relationships (not transactional deals).

This is not entry-level and not a generic software-sales role. Part-time to start, with strong potential to expand into a full-time role as volume grows. Competitive base + commission; pro-rated benefits/PTO per policy.

Hourly rate listed is a starting point; final compensation is commensurate with experience and includes commission.
