We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of Oil & Gas process equipment such as Frac Tanks, Batch Mixers & other static equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding the company’s market presence within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze the GCC and Africa market to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the Oil & Gas equipment industry.
· Develop a comprehensive sales strategy, including target markets, customer segments, and pricing models.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and addressing inquiries effectively.
· Act as a key point of contact for customer feedback and concerns.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
· Utilize data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive improvements in sales operations.
· Maintain a deep understanding of Oil and gas process equipment and their technical specifications.
· Utilize market research to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
· Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and finalization of deals with customers.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, or any field (Master's degree is a plus).
· Strong understanding of the GCC market and industry regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
