Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of workspace solutions, including serviced offices, co-working desks, and virtual office packages. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, and skilled in building strong client relationships while effectively managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell all workspace offerings – private offices, co-working desks, meeting rooms, and virtual office services.

Handle renewals and upselling to existing clients to maximize retention and revenue.

Understand and communicate Venture Zone’s offerings, pricing, and unique value propositions effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by aligning solutions with their business needs.

Conduct professional site tours and walkthroughs of the facility to highlight features and benefits.

Prepare customized proposals and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.

Maintain and update client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

Stay up to date on competitor offerings, industry trends, and pricing strategies.

Support business documentation tasks including MIS reports, Excel-based trackers, proposals, policies, and research paperwork.

Represent the company in a polished and professional manner, both in-person and digitally.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate, coworking, or service-based industries.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, proposal drafting, and general documentation.

Exceptional presentation and client interaction skills.
