White Monde is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing the company’s market presence in construction / fit-out / contracting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out projects.
- Generate leads through client meetings, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender documents in coordination with technical teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets.
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with estimation, projects, and operations teams for successful bid submission.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–8 years of UAE experience in business development (construction / fit-out preferred).
- Strong network with clients, consultants, and developers in the UAE.
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
