White Monde is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing the company’s market presence in construction / fit-out / contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out projects.
  • Generate leads through client meetings, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender documents in coordination with technical teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate with estimation, projects, and operations teams for successful bid submission.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of UAE experience in business development (construction / fit-out preferred).
  • Strong network with clients, consultants, and developers in the UAE.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
