Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of activities and progress
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project management and seamless service delivery
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for expansion
- Prepare reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and forecasts for senior management
Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Strategic planning capabilities to develop long-term growth initiatives
