Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Self-motivated with a strategic mindset

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
