About Square Circle Events

Square Circle Events is a growing event company focused on corporate and manufacturing industry events, exhibitions, annual days, sports events, and concerts involving artists from Dubai to India. We are building a strong B2B client base and are looking for a revenue-driven professional to lead business growth.

Role Objective

To generate leads, pitch, close deals, and bring consistent business for corporate events, manufacturing industry events, and live concerts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients (HR, Admin, Marketing Heads)
• Drive B2B sales for:
• Corporate events
• Manufacturing industry events
• Annual days, sports days, exhibitions
• Concerts & artist-led events
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Build long-term relationships for repeat business
• Coordinate with operations & artist teams after deal closure
• Represent Square Circle at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–7 years experience in event sales / business development
• Proven track record of closing event deals
• Strong corporate and manufacturing industry contacts (preferred)
• Knowledge of Dubai & India event market (big advantage)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, hungry to grow
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Compensation

• Fixed salary + high commission
• OR
• Pure commission-based model (5%–15% per closed deal)
