Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and referrals).
  • Research and target potential clients in the software/IT sector.
  • Reach out to leads via cold calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach.
  • Set up appointments, demos, and meetings for senior sales executives or account managers.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company’s solutions and value propositions.
  • Occasionally meet local clients in-person for relationship building (for enterprise/local deals).
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in outbound sales / B2B sales / business development, preferably in software/IT services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Ability to research and identify potential clients effectively.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Comfortable with virtual meetings and occasional local client visits.
  • Knowledge of software development, IT services, or SaaS is a plus.
