Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and referrals).
- Research and target potential clients in the software/IT sector.
- Reach out to leads via cold calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach.
- Set up appointments, demos, and meetings for senior sales executives or account managers.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company’s solutions and value propositions.
- Occasionally meet local clients in-person for relationship building (for enterprise/local deals).
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in outbound sales / B2B sales / business development, preferably in software/IT services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to research and identify potential clients effectively.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Comfortable with virtual meetings and occasional local client visits.
- Knowledge of software development, IT services, or SaaS is a plus.
