Radisson Blu Islamabad is looking for a confident and results-driven Female Business Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new corporate and project business, managing key client relationships, conducting sales calls and site inspections, and driving revenue growth in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new corporate, project, and long-stay business
  • Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and hotel/site inspections
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable hotel solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong relationships and follow up with existing clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent .
  • 5–6 years of experience in real estate or business development (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may also apply.
