Business Development Manager – Luxury (Riyadh, KSA)


We are partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager based in Riyadh.


This role is suited to a commercially driven professional with a strong network in Saudi Arabia, deep understanding of the local luxury market, and a proven ability to build long-term, high-value client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth within the KSA market
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with UHNW clients, VIPs, and key stakeholders
  • Identify new commercial opportunities across retail, private clients, and strategic partnerships
  • Represent the brand at high-profile events, client meetings, and industry functions
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align local strategy with global brand objectives
  • Maintain an exceptional level of service consistent with a luxury brand standard


Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the luxury sector
  • (e.g. high-end retail, luxury goods, hospitality, lifestyle, automotive, jewellery, fashion, real estate, or similar)
  • Established client network in Saudi Arabia with demonstrable success in KSA
  • Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the Saudi market and business landscape
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Professional presence with the ability to represent a premium brand
  • Fluent English and Arabic required
  • Based in Riyadh
