Business Development Manager – Luxury (Riyadh, KSA)
We are partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager based in Riyadh.
This role is suited to a commercially driven professional with a strong network in Saudi Arabia, deep understanding of the local luxury market, and a proven ability to build long-term, high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth within the KSA market

Build, manage, and expand relationships with UHNW clients, VIPs, and key stakeholders

Identify new commercial opportunities across retail, private clients, and strategic partnerships

Represent the brand at high-profile events, client meetings, and industry functions

Work closely with senior leadership to align local strategy with global brand objectives

Maintain an exceptional level of service consistent with a luxury brand standard
Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales within the luxury sector

(e.g. high-end retail, luxury goods, hospitality, lifestyle, automotive, jewellery, fashion, real estate, or similar)

Established client network in Saudi Arabia with demonstrable success in KSA

Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the Saudi market and business landscape

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

Professional presence with the ability to represent a premium brand

Fluent English and Arabic required
