Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT & Consumer Electronics domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base in the IT and Consumer Electronics sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demand.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and expand networks.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in B2B IT and Consumer Electronics, preferably with a vendor, distributor, or reseller background.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of consumer electronics and IT hardware products and solutions.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office suite.
