Business Development Manager

We are a fast-growing luxury transportation company in Abu Dhabi with a rapidly expanding fleet. We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to help us build direct clients, partnerships, and long-term contracts as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop partnerships with hotels, event companies, corporates, universities, and tourism-related businesses.

Meet decision-makers, build relationships, and represent the company professionally.

Follow up on leads and convert them into pilot projects and active clients.

Maintain a simple record of prospects, meetings, and active discussions.

Coordinate with management on pricing, proposals, and contract discussions.

Requirements:

UAE experience in tourism, transportation, hospitality, events, or logistics.

Arabic preferred, English fluent.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and serious about long-term growth.

Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi market.
