We are seeking a professional, confident, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our award-winning real estate firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-presented, and motivated, with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

In this role, you will act as a key relationship manager, leveraging strong communication, negotiation, and strategic skills to drive business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the real estate sector
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders
• Lead contract negotiations and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a related role
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
