Develop and implement business development strategies to increase student enrolment, corporate training contracts, and institutional partnerships.

Identify, approach, and on board new corporate clients, universities, awarding bodies, and strategic partners.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, closures, and post-sales follow-up.

Represent the institution in meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and corporate visits.

Prepare proposals, MOUs, quotations, and business presentations.

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.

Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives.

Support admissions and academic teams in converting leads and on boarding students/clients.

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Coordinate with internal departments (Academics, Accounts, HR, Admin, Marketing) for approvals, documentation, and follow-ups.

Assist in maintaining proper records, files, reports, and correspondence related to business development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
