Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Market Expansion

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within logistics, inland freight, and transportation verticals.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets.

Develop strategic partnerships with shippers, corporates, and key accounts.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape go-to-market strategies.
Client Relationship Management

Own and grow strategic client relationships, ensuring long-term value and retention.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proposing tailored logistics and freight solutions.

Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to ensure service excellence.
People Leadership & Talent Development

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Executives and Account Managers.

Collaboration & Strategy

Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment between commercial promises and delivery.

Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and revenue strategy discussions.

Support the development of scalable sales processes and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

+6 years of relevant experience.

Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within logistics, freight, or transportation.

Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.

Strong understanding of freight operations, customer pain points, and commercial models.
