We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development Manager role or similar
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Experience in a training or educational organization will be an added advantage
