Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities in manpower supply, outsourcing and recruitment services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across various sectors
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations and service agreements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations and contract closures
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events and networking platforms.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA (Marketing)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
- Mandatory experience in Manpower Supply / Outsourcing / Recruitment sector
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and corporate environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, confident, and professional personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
