We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Client Relations Manager with a strong background in accounting and taxation consulting to drive growth, generate qualified leads, build long-term client relationships, and close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm’s client base and revenue through strategic sales initiatives and consultative client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads within accounting, taxation, and consulting services.
  • Actively meet prospective clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and service offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and client portfolio.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across accounting, tax, and advisory services.
  • Coordinate with internal accounting and tax teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Market & Industry Engagement

  • Represent the company at networking events, business forums, and industry meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or client relations within an accounting, taxation, or professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Accounting services
  • Taxation (corporate tax, VAT, compliance)
  • Business advisory and consulting solutions
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
  • Existing client network is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
