We work with entrepreneurs, SMEs, builders & developers, and foreign companies seeking reliable financial and compliance support in Pakistan.
We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients including SMEs, startups, builders & developers, and foreign businesses.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, referrals, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects.
- Present MAANU Venture’s services and convert prospects into paying clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main contact for new and existing clients.
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable accounting, tax, and advisory solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (audit, tax, accounting) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Revenue & Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build a pipeline of recurring revenue clients (retainers).
- Cross-sell and upsell services such as audit, tax advisory, bookkeeping, and corporate compliance.
Market & Strategy
- Research the market and identify new service opportunities.
- Track competitors and recommend pricing and positioning strategies.
- Assist in creating sales scripts, proposals, and pitch decks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (professional services preferred).
- Experience selling accounting, tax, audit, or consulting services will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of business and financial services.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and LinkedIn.
