Job Title: Business Development Manager - US Healthcare (RCM & Ancillary Services)
Time: 6pm - 3am PKT
Location: Karachi, Sindh (Onsite)
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager - US Healthcare (RCM & Ancillary Services) to join our growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. The primary focus of this role is to conduct multi-channel outbound outreach (cold calls, email, and LinkedIn) to US medical clinics , physician practices , and diagnostic centers to introduce and sell our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Ancillary Test Services . The ideal candidate is a skilled closer with exceptional communication and persuasion abilities, capable of building a strong sales pipeline from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to US clinics and healthcare decision-makers (Practice Managers, Physicians, etc.) to generate new business leads.
· Email Marketing & Sequences: Execute personalized and segmented email campaigns (sequences) to nurture prospects and drive engagement alongside calling efforts.
· LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify key decision-makers, send personalized connection requests, and initiate professional conversations to convert prospects.
· Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline, tracking all lead interactions, progress, and next steps in the CRM system.
· Lead Qualification & Discovery: Apply strategic questioning and active listening to qualify leads, understand their current RCM challenges, and articulate how our services provide a tailored solution.
· Appointment Setting: Arrange and confirm introductory meetings, demonstrations, and follow-up calls between qualified prospects and the Business Development Manager/CEO.
· Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of RCM processes (e.g., billing, coding, denial management) and our specific ancillary test services to confidently address prospect questions and objections.
· Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPI's and sales targets, including call volume, email response rates, lead-to-meeting conversion rates, and pipeline value.
· CRM & Reporting: Accurately log all sales activities and customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for engagement tracking and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience: Proven success in a telesales, cold calling, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably within a B2B or SaaS/Service environment.
· Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive phone demeanor suitable for a US audience.
· Multi-Channel Sales: Demonstrated experience with cold calling, crafting effective email sequences, and executing professional LinkedIn outreach.
· Persistence & Resilience: Ability to handle frequent rejection, maintain a positive attitude, and stay motivated in a high-volume sales environment.
· Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot , Zoho , Salesforce ) and dialer/outreach tools (e.g., Aircall, Apollo.io , Sales Navigator , Instantly ).
· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, active listening, and time management skills.
