Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our recruitment and manpower supply business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing manpower requirements, driving revenue growth, and coordinating closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients requiring recruitment and manpower supply services.
• Generate and manage manpower demands across various sectors (bulk hiring, outsourcing, temporary and permanent staffing).
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal recruitment teams.
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely sourcing, submission, and deployment of candidates.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, service agreements, and payment terms in line with company policy.
• Track deployments, billing, and revenue generation per client.
• Support finance teams in invoicing and follow-up on payments.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company processes, labor laws, and ethical recruitment standards.
• Submit regular business, pipeline, and revenue reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in a recruitment or manpower supply company.
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, overseas hiring, and manpower deployment processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve revenue targets and work independently.
• Knowledge of UAE / GCC recruitment market is an advantage.
