Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Visit clients and dealerships as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Must have own bike (preferred)
• Field sales experience will be a plus
