CrossBridge Real Estate is a boutique real estate brokerage operating under CrossBridge Holding.

We specialize in high-value residential and investment properties, serving international investors and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).

We are a new and growing company, currently building our structure, partnerships, and market positioning from the ground up.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through partnerships, investor relations, and developer cooperation.

This role is not focused on cold calling or mass brokerage sales. It is designed for a professional who understands relationship-based business development and long-term value creation.

You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping how the company expands its network and deal flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with developers, investors, landowners, and strategic partners
  • Identify and structure new business opportunities and cooperation agreements
  • Represent the company in meetings with international investors and partners
  • Support market entry and expansion initiatives
  • Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to convert partnerships into transactions
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic input to management
  • Preferred Background
  • Experience working with European and/or CIS (ex-USSR) investor markets
  • Strong understanding of international investor expectations and business culture
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Russian or European languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish) is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients (HNWI) or premium investment products

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, partnerships, or investment-related roles
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a new, fast-growing company
  • Professional presence and confidence in senior-level discussions
  • UAE experience is an advantage
