Goldfinch is expanding its sales team and is hiring a  Business Development Manager  to market and sell  Chahar Bagh by RUDA , a flagship government-planned real estate project.

Role Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for handling qualified leads, advising clients, and closing sales for Chahar Bagh by RUDA while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell Chahar Bagh by RUDA inventory
• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads
• Conduct client consultations and investment briefings
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper sales records and reporting

Requirements:

• 2-3 year experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to close deals independently
