Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate travel, leisure travel, and group tours
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, vendors, and partners
  • Promote travel packages including domestic, international, MICE, and customized tour packages
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other vendors
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings
  • Prepare and present proposals, itineraries, and costings to clients
  • Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings
  • Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new travel business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in domestic and international travel markets. The role focuses on corporate travel, leisure travel, group tours, and strategic partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,031.05 - ₹40,000.00 per month
