Are you a high-achiever with a passion for property and hospitality? Do you thrive on closing deals and building lasting partnerships? We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our portfolio in the thriving holiday home market.

The Role

​As a BDM, you will be the face of our company, identifying new opportunities to grow our inventory of luxury holiday homes and residential properties. You won’t just be selling a service; you’ll be helping property owners maximize their investments through our premium management solutions.

What You’ll Do

​Identify & Prospect: Source high-quality properties and connect with homeowners and investors.

​Pitch & Close: Present our management services and negotiate contracts to bring new properties into our portfolio.

​Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to provide expert advice to clients on rental yields and market positioning.

​Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking and proactive outreach.

What We’re Looking For

​Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in Business Development or Sales.

​Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Real Estate or Holiday Homes is highly preferred.

​Drive: A "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

​Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

​Flexibility: Comfort working in a fast-paced, full-time environment.
