We are a dynamic and growing advertising company seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and grow our Branding Sevices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key client relationships, and creating new business opportunities in the transit advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and business development for advertising assets (buses, bus stations, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, direct clients, and government stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee media planning, pricing strategies, and proposal creation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and motivation.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns in coordination with the operations and creative teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising/media sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of transit/outdoor advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
