Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and securing high-value projects across interior design, fit-out, and joinery sectors. This role provides strategic leadership in business development, ensures alignment between market opportunities and company capabilities, and drives innovative, client-focused solutions. The position involves building and nurturing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure projects are acquired and delivered successfully, on time, and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and high-value projects across residential, commercial, and retail sectors.
• Develop long-term growth plans and contribute to company expansion strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to secure projects.
• Project Coordination & Collaboration : Work closely with design, production, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Collaborate on project scoping, timelines, and resource allocation to support successful project acquisition.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Qualifications s Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

· 6-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in interior design, fit-out, joinery, or construction industries.

· Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.

· Strong knowledge of interior design, fit-out, and joinery processes is highly desirable.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

• Business Development Manager: 7 years (Preferred)
