Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (digital campaigns, referrals, cold outreach, partnerships).
- Manage and nurture leads from initial contact to deal closure.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems with accuracy.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Knowledge of digital lead generation tools and platforms.
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities.
