Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our Facilities Management Services portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, securing annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and expanding service offerings across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in facilities management, including AMCs, FM contracts, and project-based services.
• Develop relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, and property management companies.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, tenders, and service agreements in coordination with operations and finance teams.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and service delivery.
• Achieve assigned revenue and contract acquisition targets.
• Monitor client satisfaction and support contract renewals and upselling of additional services.
• Track contracts, billing milestones, and collections in coordination with finance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing benchmarks.
• Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and approved processes.
• Submit regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in a Facilities Management Services company.
• Strong knowledge of FM services, AMCs, SLAs, and contract pricing.
• Established network within property management, real estate, or FM sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
• Knowledge of UAE facilities management market is preferred.
