Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Expert to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role offers a fixed basic salary plus a monthly commission, payable upon meeting predefined targets and conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Present company products/services effectively to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented mindset
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Fixed monthly salary upon project any one single project land
