Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Expert to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role offers a fixed basic salary plus a monthly commission, payable upon meeting predefined targets and conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present company products/services effectively to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented mindset
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Fixed monthly salary upon project any one single project land
