We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value digital marketing deals. The ideal candidate understands the digital ecosystem and can translate client needs into scalable marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across multiple industries
- Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts (calls, meetings, presentations, follow-ups)
- Pitch digital marketing services including Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, SEO, Web Development, and Branding
- Develop customized proposals and presentations aligned with client objectives
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain long-term client relationships and drive upselling/cross-selling
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales (digital marketing preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and pricing models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and close deals end-to-end
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-through
