We are looking for a confident and strategic Business Development Manager to represent our Façade Lighting division, attend client meetings, and convert opportunities into awarded projects through effective business strategies.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will focus on client meetings, relationship building, and project acquisition. A dedicated Marketing Executive will support all marketing and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, architects, and developers
• Understand project requirements and propose effective business and pricing strategies
• Lead negotiations and secure facade lighting projects
• Build strong long-term client relationships
• Identify upcoming projects and decision-makers in the market
• Coordinate internally after project award for smooth handover

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Facade / Architectural Lighting business development
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• UAE driving license preferred
