Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and well-networked Business Development Manager to lead our entry into the B2B and Corporate Gifting market. You will be responsible for identifying high-value corporate clients, government entities, and semi-government organizations, offering them tailored perfume and cosmetic gifting solutions for employee appreciation, VIP clients, and major events (Ramadan, Eid, UAE National Day).

This is a "hunter" role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and has an existing network of procurement and HR decision-makers in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Entry & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to introduce Brando to the UAE corporate sector.
  • Actively "hunt" for new business by prospecting Corporates and Event Management agencies.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face meetings.

2. Corporate Gifting & Consultative Sales

  • Pitch bespoke perfume and cosmetic gift sets for key corporate occasions (e.g., Ramadan, End-of-Year, Long Service Awards, VIP Delegations).
  • Work closely with clients to understand their branding needs, offering customization options (e.g., logo engraving on perfume bottles, custom packaging, private labeling).
  • Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions with Procurement Heads, HR Directors, and Marketing Managers.

3. Account Management & Operations

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to quotation, negotiation, closing, and payment collection.
  • Collaborate with our supply chain and design teams to ensure custom orders are delivered on time and meet luxury standards.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business for recurring events.

4. Brand Representation

  • Represent the brand at industry trade shows (e.g., Beautyworld Middle East), business councils, and networking events.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to ensure our offerings remain competitive yet premium.
