Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – Pharmaceutical DivisionLocation:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our pharmaceutical and medical product portfolio in the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have strong industry knowledge, proven sales techniques, and established relationships within hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.

This role requires strategic planning, market penetration expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medical institutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals
  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical and medical products using advanced sales techniques
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Ensure compliance with UAE pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical product sales
  • Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare market and distribution channels
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and closing techniques
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
