Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling professional services such as accounting, tax, or corporate services and possess strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SMEs, startups, and corporate clients

Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service proposals

Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets

- Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners

Understand client needs and recommend suitable service packages

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records

- Service Promotion

Promote the firm’s full suite of services, including:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Monthly bookkeeping & accounting

Backlog accounting

Accounts receivable/payable recording

Monthly reconciliations

IFRS implementation & advisory

Accounting software training (Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks)

Audit assistance (internal & external)

Tax Services

VAT & Corporate Tax registration and filing

VAT deregistration and penalty reconsideration

Tax consultations and training

Compliance & Advisory

AML/CFT framework review and policy design

GoAML registration and compliance support

Financial health checks & management accounting

Business Setup & Corporate Services

Mainland, Freezone & Offshore company setup

Trade license and corporate structuring support

Bank account opening assistance

Attestation & legalization services

- Market Strategy

Conduct market research to identify new sectors and opportunities

Build partnerships with business consultants, PRO firms, and legal advisors

Represent the firm at networking events and business forums

Requirements

3–6+ years of business development or sales experience in accounting, tax, consultancy, or corporate services in the UAE

Strong understanding of UAE business environment and regulatory landscape

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred

Existing network of SME or startup clients in the UAE

Experience selling accounting, VAT, corporate tax, or company formation services
