Business Development Manager

Logix Contact is a growing digital services company providing businesses with high-quality web development, digital marketing, and online growth solutions. With a skilled delivery team based in Pakistan, we support businesses in international markets including the UAE, UK, and the US by delivering scalable and cost-effective digital solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, engage international clients, and successfully convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets including the UAE, UK, and US
  • Generate and qualify leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and referrals
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client business goals and digital requirements
  • Present suitable web development and digital marketing solutions based on client needs
  • Prepare proposals and pricing structures for web and marketing projects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines with clients
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling services
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates in CRM systems
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital agency sales, IT services sales, or digital marketing sales
  • Proven track record of closing service-based deals
  • Strong understanding of web development services, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, or branding services
  • Experience dealing with international clients (UAE, US, UK) preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to confidently conduct sales calls, client meetings, and solution presentations
  • Self-motivated with strong target-driven mindset

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
