About the Company

We are a fast-growing international call center and BPO company providing services to clients in the USA, UK, and Europe. Our operations include customer support, medical billing, ACA campaigns, insurance, and other outbound/inbound call center services.

To expand our global client base, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong connections in US campaigns such as ACA, Medicare, Medical Billing, Final Expense, Solar, and other call center programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for call center campaigns.
• Secure contracts for ACA, Medicare, Medical Billing, Insurance, Solar, and other US campaigns.
• Build relationships with US-based brokers, aggregators, and campaign providers.
• Negotiate campaign pricing, payouts, and contracts.
• Manage the client onboarding process for new campaigns.
• Coordinate with the operations team to launch and scale campaigns.
• Identify new BPO opportunities in healthcare and insurance sectors.
• Maintain a pipeline of campaign providers and clients.

Required Experience

✔ Minimum 3–5 years experience in BPO / call center business development
✔ Strong experience in ACA campaigns or medical billing processes
✔ Existing connections with US campaign providers or brokers
✔ Proven track record of bringing campaigns to call centers
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Understanding of dialer systems, lead generation, and compliance requirements

Preferred Experience

Experience with campaigns such as:

• ACA (Affordable Care Act)
• Medicare / Medicare Advantage
• Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management
• Final Expense Insurance
• Solar Energy Campaigns
• Debt Settlement / Debt Relief
• Inbound or Outbound Sales Campaigns
