About Grangou

Grangou is a social dining app that gets people off their phones and into restaurants together.

Users pick what they want to eat, set a budget, and drop their availability. We handle the match. Restaurants get real, confirmed diners during their slowest hours. No ad spend required.

We're building the default way Gen Z makes IRL plans. And we're signing restaurant partners city by city to make it happen.

The Role

This is a closing role. Pure revenue.

If our Setters book the meeting, you show up and close it. If you source and close it yourself, you pocket both sides of the commission (40%).

Day to day you'll:

  • Take qualified calls with restaurant owners and operators
  • Surface the real problem: empty tables, inconsistent traffic, wasted ad budgets
  • Handle objections and push through hesitation
  • Build urgency that moves deals forward
  • Get agreements signed
  • Keep your pipeline clean in the CRM
  • Work closely with founders on pitch, pricing, and positioning

Daily rhythm:

  • Outbound calls
  • Pipeline management and follow-ups (most revenue lives here)
  • Tight coordination with the Setter team

Compensation

100% commission. No ceiling.

  • Setter-booked deal → 25% of revenue closed
  • You source + close it → 40% of revenue closed

Examples:

  • $2,500 deal (Setter booked) → $625 yours
  • $2,500 deal (Full-cycle) → $1,000 yours
  • $20K month (Setter deals) → $5,000 earned
  • $20K month (Full-cycle) → $8,000 earned

Top closers grow into: Closers Team Lead, Regional Manager, Revenue Operations Lead.

What We Measure

  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue closed
  • Time from call to signed agreement
  • CRM hygiene
  • Pipeline velocity

Revenue keeps the lights on. Closers control revenue.

Who This Is For

You probably:

  • Have 1–5 years of sales experience
  • Have closed real B2B deals
  • Are confident on calls and video
  • Think fast and stay composed under pressure
  • Treat rejection as information, not failure

You won't just close deals. You'll help shape how we price, package, and position the product.

Location

Remote (U.S. preferred). Bonus points if you're in Los Angeles or Phoenix.
