What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Develop strategic proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new projects
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives
• Report regularly on pipeline, results, and key performance indicators

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of business development, sales, or strategic partnership experience
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve complex problems
• Knowledge of the Qatari market or Middle East business landscape is a plus
